Double Skin Insulated Roof System with Rockwool Insulation - '0.25 U Value'

A high performance roof system combining thermal and acoustic benefits. The perforated internal lining and acoustic Rockwool mat allows excellent levels of sound absorbency to be achieved providing an ideal solution for conference areas, sports halls etc.

External Sheet - 0.7mm colour coated galvanised steel Quedron profiled sheet

Insulation - 180mm thick Rockwool Cladding Roll insulation quilt. [ 0.040 W/mK]

Spacer System - 180mm deep Quedron Spacer
System. Brackets at 1m centres.

Vapour Control Layer - Lining Panel - Sealed Endlaps and Side laps

Internal Sheet - 0.70mm thick colour coated galvanised steel Quedron lining panel.

Typical Purlin Centres 1100 - 1800mm
Minimum Design >5 degrees - trapezoidal sections
